Before socks manufacuring
In this stage, we have to determine the designs and patterns for socks manufacturing, we also need to get your hangtags, labels and packages ready. You could choose between using from our designs, requesting us to develop your private labels or provide us with you own designs.
Regarding the hangtags and labels, you can insert your private brand ones or you can go for inserting Lolavanti socks factory’s hangtags and labels.

Yarn selection
Production and shipment
When producing your order, we use our standard socks knitting yarns that consist of 80% pure cotton and 20% mixed fabrics, that have been proven to provide optimal support the yarn, resulting in a perfectly fit and comfortable size for all sizes.
We will assist you in shippig and deliver the order to you anywhere in the world!

The minimum order per each design, color and size is 300 pairs of socks.

From your idea to a sample it takes 1-2 weeks, once the sample is comfirmed the production time is usually 2-3 weeks.
The shipment method varies according to order size, for small orders, we recommend door-to-door express delivery via DHL, on the other hand, for big sizes orders, you can choose between air or ocean freight, that based on your destination and preferences.
